Hi, i suddenly have this weird problem when i try to shut down my computer because it gets stuck (doesnt go past) the mint logo, so the pc doesnt turn off. The same thing happens when i try to reboot the system. Only thing i can do is hold the power button for about 7 seconds to force the computer to turn off.I chatted with mint support several times and got different answers each time. There were a couple who said it was not shutting down but others who said it was migrating to ck. One person said you have the opportunity to move your acct to ck and when I asked what happens if I don’t, they said the assume it will be migrated to ck at some point.
