Overall except some pack gear depending on class waterworks is best till 90/100. Crafted boots from azteca is GREAT for block. You could swap in crafted gear in avalon or azteca if you want. Look up the stats some classes it's better some is worse. However waterworks to 90/100 is perfectly doable.
